Working together to build world-changing infrastructures we can be proud of
Canadian subsidiary of NGE Group
Since 2020, NGE has been steadily expanding and contributing to transportation infrastructure projects in Canada. We bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable engineering practices, supporting complex projects across their full lifecycle.
Being NGE – New Generations of Entrepreneurs – means having the boldly adventurous spirit to take calculated risks. Every day, we reinvent everything we do to facilitate the financing, design, construction and maintenance of large-scale projects and local works.
Our teams are committed to working alongside regional and local authorities to create water infrastructure, roads, and railways. We provide the connections needed to weave and strengthen the links that make travel, life and interaction better and easier.
TSO Can, a subsidiary of NGE Group, was awarded the contract for the overhead catenary system on the Ontario Line. This project features a 32 km 1.5 V overhead catenary system in open routes and maintenance depots, as well as 17 km of 1.5kV OCS in the double-bored tunnel 1.
Ontario Line – RSSOM Operations and Maintenance Site Facilities
In November 2022, NGE Canada signed the contract for the Ontario Line Rolling Stock, Systems, Operation and Maintenance (RSSOM) project. This transformative scheme will build a new subway line in Toronto, the first fully automated heavy metro line in North America.
The OnCorr project covers engineering studies and construction of the overhead catenary system of Toronto’s RER GO Expansion network, including electrification of over 100 km of rail corridor and a depot in an operational environment. It supports the modernization and capacity growth of the regional rail network.
Within the context of the REM project in Montréal, NGE carries out heavy maintenance works for the tracks and turnouts of the line, applying its expertise and decades of experience in track maintenance to one of Canada’s most emblematic transportation projects.
